Alpha Gam received chapter of the year and almost every award possible this last year. They do a great job at recruiting and people want to be a part of the sisterhood. Several Ms U of M’s Frosh camp orientation emerging leaders. But their titles are only the beginning! There’s so much support and sisterhood behind that. Definitely some mean girls, but has always been the top chapter on campus with Phi Mu as close competition

Hey ladies, I am a grad student at UM and a DG from another campus. I see you on campus and I see how the Greek population on campus treats you and I want you to know that I believe in you. Our founders faced adversity when they were a fledgling group as well, so keep those chins up. You have a reputation for being the chapter for "girls who don't look like sorority girls." What a compliment that is! Anybody can look like a barbie doll, but most people want to be with people they can relate to--people that are REAL like you. You are beautiful in your own way and I want you to take pride in that. Apparently, that is hard to find in some of the other sororities. Be proud of what you are and know that DG loves you!
