Shouldn't even be called a real fraternity. Sign a paper and you're in, don't have to earn letters at all and will accept anyone with a good GPA. Not a true brotherhood in the least bit. Dry house even for those older than 21.

These girls aren't nice and made all new members live in the house and join other club or they'd be dropped. Fake and entitled.
