These guys have gone downhill fast, ever since the last couple groups of guys graduated it seems like they have plummeted. Still nice guys but they need to kick out like half of their brothers. Decent parties on occasion but fairly mediocre now all around.

Overly fratty, a lot of brothers are creepy or douches, and they never do anything. Never see any of them even around campus wearing letters

These guys are great. I thought all frat bros were hard line douchers until I met some of these guys. They invited me down to the house for one of their parties once and it was a straight banger. They filled up the basement with sand and put pools in there full of jello and girls were lining up for body shots and dancing on the bar. They have a killer party environment and always have more than a few sober brothers to make sure people are okay and stay safe. They genuinely care about people!!
