The girls of Delta Phi Epsilon need to pull their act together and reevaluate their definition of sisterhood. I joined this “sisterhood” completely blindsided from what was in recruitment, glad I dropped. The amount of drama and pettiness in this organization is insane, you are a bunch of 18-22 year olds, let’s start acting like adults. Please steer clear of them at any event, party, or rush. Will literally degrade themselves just for male attention. Save your ego & dignity and don’t join.

Dphie is absolutely the right fit for me because they treat each other with respect. They really value Love sisterhood and Justice. They enjoy talking to everyone and anyone and make connections with people who are in other orgs or just people on campus as well.

DPHI E have a rep for being trashy. You can’t even imagine what the UIC Frats say these girls do at parties. They are sloppy and ask for attention. It’s a shame they ruin it for some of the girls who are nice.
