what should i know before recruitment?

Should i know all about the philanthropies for each sorority? Will the sorority girls ask you questions based off of that? What are just some general things i should know?

You don't have to know anything. Have some questions ready that you want to know about the sororities to ask. They are there to tell you / show you what their chapter is about. Most likely they will be asking questions about who you are.
