Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Hartford - UH 3.2 Theta chi always has an open at the beginning of the year and it’s a great time but they are a little weird, they don’t care what anyone thinks or impressing girls and that’s the best part. When you party with them you have a genuine good time because they will always be dancing or chatting you up.
