ZBT falling hard

Phi Delt and Sigep are the two biggest risers after both pretty much coming back to campus in 2015ish. Big blow to Phi Delt when adp got the house over them but they’ll be fine. These two have close relations w each other which could be huge in the future.

AKL has been improving like crazy and already copped a 30 man house and is building sorority relations quickly.

ZBT is falling bad, small pc’s and just aren’t what they used to be even 2 years ago. Them losing their seniors now will KILL them. ADP is kinda slipping too with the suspect kids they’re recruiting but getting the ville was huge for them.

FIJI and Beta are pretty much cemented into the bottom middle tier even tho betas brotherhood has been plummeting after recent events.

AEPi still top tier but even their spring pc is mediocre at best, everyone else basically irrelevant.

Everyone needs to stop thinking that phi delt self ranks! They deserve to be top tier

Falling:

ZBT- ZBT is definitely going downhill. They don't have great houses currently. Have been getting small pledge classes (that aren't very great). I think the one semester where they couldn't recruit until last minute (only got 5 kids) set them back a bit because they had to take a big class the next semester.

FIJI- They are shrinking. Losing more kids to graduation than they can take in, which obviously is not a good thing. They also failed to get the Ville when TKE lost it.

Rising:

AKL- They are starting to get better. Got the 30 man house so they have to be less selective during the rush process, which I think does hurt them a bit. But in the grand scheme of things, they have a house in the Ville now and they are beginning to develop better sorority relations

Phi Delt- These guys are definitely on the rise. Not gonna lie, but they have gotten some decent pledge classes the past year or so. But they are still nowhere near top tier. They still have a lot of weird kids who they took just to get their numbers up when they were colonizing. Also not getting the house in the Ville was a big hit for them

ADP- They got the house in the Ville which was definitely a big step in the right direction for them. I think the Ville has definitely helped their relations with other orgs. Their pledge classes have been average however, nothing really to write home about.

Staying the Same:

AEPi- These guys are still top tier even though their pledge classes this year have been shot and they are going to shrink by roughly 30 brothers at the end of this year due to graduation. However, they still have a lot of cool guys and the some of the best sorority relations on campus

The rest of the frats are either staying the same or not really worth mentioning in my opinion.

ZBT is tanking they can't recruit and can't throw parties without being blown up
ADP has been recruiting some interesting kids but is definitely not declining socially
AKL has picked up good recruits but doesn't have good relations with the top sororities
AEPi hasn't recruited the best but is still number 1
Phi Delt has gotten some good PCs but still has mad sus kids
All off campus frats are declining fast and all other frats are irrelevant (Sig ep and Fiji)
