Just get a feeler for each fraternity, you may like one that someone on here doesn’t like it. It’s ultimately you’re decision (if you get a bid). With that being said there’s cool guys and weirdos in every organization. If you’re looking to stay on campus than, Aepi, Zbt, Adp, Akl, Fiji would be “the best”, again it’s all subjective. If you want off campus there’s more options

ZBT > ADP even though zbt is falling
Alpha sig and Beta are not above FIJI and Phi Delt. Alpha sig does not throw down and when they do it’s lame. Beta is full of betas.
