Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Connecticut - UConn 3.9 Parties used to be really fun, but the new pledge classes are just not the same as the ones that have recently graduated. A handful of good looking guys. Need to expand their social circle from pi phi.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Connecticut - UConn 4.4 Everyone goes for Phi Delt and AEPi because they are the “top” but the guys in Beta are honestly really nice and fun to be around. The brothers genuinely like each other a lot because they’re not so caught up with trying to be the best which causes other frats to act like they have no decency. Beta is always considered to be lame but if you talk to the guys they’re honestly super chill and I think of pledges didn’t get so caught up in the hype of being “top” they’d find themselves around much better people... like the guys in Beta. Don’t let rankings stop you from vibing with a group of guys that this site has told you is “bottom tier”, you’ll regret it later on in life.

However their rep with the school keeps them from getting into any serious trouble. Guys are pretty chill despite what people say. They seem very close in terms of brotherhood. Parties are usually pretty average, but so are most parties at UConn. They raise a lot of money for huskython. They take school seriously which makes sense.

Younger guys are reckless and seem to not care about gpa/beta’s rep. They try to start issues with other orgs/people for no reason. It seems they are more in it for parties and having fun than being a member of a committed organization. Hopefully the older guys that are left can instill better judgement and character.
