They are good at what they do. While they don't have a good house they dominate the bar. They have a bunch of cliques and even fight with one another but at the end of the day they are still top tier. Girls seem to like them and they have a strong presence on campus. Once they get a good house, they will be equal if not better than the other top houses.

going with the theme, pi phi is definitely getting their stuff together. sure, they have some struggles but who doesn't? their pledge classes are getting much better and more frats wanna mix with them and get to know them.
