Top: Kappa Sig/Pikapp
Hate them or love them, they have the best parties and this is where the girls go. Pikapp has managed to retain their position even without their house. Expect Kappa Sig to stay top for quite some time.
Top Middle: SAE, Sig Nu, Sig Pi?
SAE is falling a little, we will see what happens. Sig Nu is rising but they still give out some creepy vibes. Their parties aren't top tier yet either..., do they even use their annexes?
Sig Pi- could possibly make moves and rise up with their massive house and they are going to be off of probation
Middle: Phi psi, Chi psi, Theta Xi
Just eh
Lower: Everyone else

kappa sig is going down fast, ya they have cute guys but they dont do anything anymore
pikapp and sae is going down too if they cant get a house soon
sig pi is irrelevant
sig nu has good property and are rising each semester
theta xi and chi psi are both near the top

Yeah people are either in denial of all the change going on or they are just plain stupid, SAE , Pi kapp, have fallen a good bit, and honestly I don't even know why phi psi is included on this list, they have done nothing in the past 4 years but look like complete idiots. Same goes for sig pi, sitting around in a big old house with nothing, I'm sorry but if you aren't on top with a house like that then it's the brotherhood to blame. Move along pony boy

In what world is chi psi and theta xi near the top hahahah. Also Pikapp is going nowhere and kappa sigma not doing anything? Yes their annexes have been not as great this year however they recently got a new ec and have started having parties in the castle.
