chi o vs pi phi?

Which one is above the other? Obviously both top houses, but everyone has different opinions on the good and the bad of these two, but overall which is a better place to be??

Pi Phi is better than Chi O. They do have a party girl reputation but the girls are beautiful and have a great sisterhood while Chi O has some good girls and some ratchet girls and they are nutorious for having a very bad sisterhood and being fake. Chi O is going downhill while pi phi is staying the same if not getting better.

agred with above. chi o is going down, have some bombshells no doubt about that but have MANYYY ratchets. pi phi overall has beautiful girls and funny and friendly

honestly i think they're both tied at top, both very well known by frats and have hot girls
