spring cob/informal recruitment

Are COB and informal recruitment different things?
I've heard that pi phi, Chi o and theta are doing COB, but then the website says G phi, axo, tri delt, and Pi phi are the only ones doing "Spring informal recruitment"... who's doing what, and how do you get more info?!?

Pi Phi isn't doing informal recruitment anymore, were doing COB now. COB is more laid back, you basically just talk to the girls at the house and what not

If you want to meet with a house doing COB you need to contact the house directly to set up a meeting.
If you want to meet with a house in informal then go to the orientation meeting
