Literally none. If any house appears "southern", it's because their moms hooked it up @ the vineyard vines outlet for Christmas. Fraternity-wise you could say that Kappa Squid & Chi Psi are the most "preppy/southern", but in actuality these houses mostly consist of dudes who are from CA/CO/Chicago who print out and blend up TFM articles and buttchug em through the house bongzilla, take whatever is leftover, and create their own personal view of what being southern is.
Sorority-wise, you can say Kappa, but it's the same thing as above. Nobody is actually from the south here.

Kappa is the most southern sorority, but they do not have a lot of girls from the actual south. As far as most southern fraternity in culture it is probably kappa sig, but as far as the fraternity that has the most members from the south then it is theta xi. I have met a lot of georgia, and texas boys

Kappa is southern if you're interested in dressing as if you are from the bayou or an AR trailer. lookng inbred, being in a lower to lower-middle tier, and being far from fried foods.
There's a reason that they are called 'Kappa Kappa Goober'.
The campus chant is "Rattle Rattle here come the Kappa Kappa Cattle"
