by: pnm

You can totally go to games!!! And you can go to dorm parties. Definitely take advantage of the dorm parties cuz that’s really all you can do before rush. You just can’t go to the bars or frats until bid day, and when you do go to the game just make sure you aren’t making a drunk fool of yourself. I promise those first two weeks are still so fun.

actually i think you can’t go to games if it’s during rush. panhel has already made it very clear that football games are not a valid excuse for missing a recruitment event.

everyone, pnms and girls recruiting have to miss the second game since there is a datebook that day but you can go to the first one

i would say no. technically, unless you told someone or they recognize you from instagram, they wouldn't know you are a freshman rushing but it isn't worth the risk just for one game. honestly a lot of people have dorm parties instead of tailgates and after parties so i would stick to those.

The first game is before recruitment so pnms can go to that. The second game is during datebook 3 (sisterhood) and for the love of god do not go to that game and do not go out before parties thinking recruiters won’t notice. It’s one game, stay safe and go out the next weekend.
