also if ur offended that your house is ranked lower and you think you have good philo involvment maybe its because ur sisterhood isnt as good or your not known to be the most academic sorority... also im totally up for critiques. obviously im not in all of these houses so maybe im wrong.

PNM here - I'm going to be brutally honest. I'm joining a sorority for sisterhood and partying with frats. Philanthropy and overall sorority GPA doesn't matter to me -my GPA obviously does but TBH I don't care what the gpa of my potential sisters are and I'll be involved with whatever philo my sorority supports. I also don't care how beautiful or central the house is, on a map they all seem to be walking distance from campus and the Hill more or less.

This is totally valid, and I think most people would agree with you. But a small piece of advice to you and other PNMs reading, joining a sorority is a large financial and time commitment. While it’s great to have mixers and frat relations, you can kind of get in anywhere as a girl, and guys will not care what sorority you’re in if they find you attractive. There will however be mandatory events and requirements for your membership, so might as well make the most out of it and consider the other aspects of the houses as well.

i feel like they are a bit more involved in their philo but i could be wrong. thats just what ive seen from socials as i dont really have many friends in either house.
