My sorority also uses a minimum unweighted gpa to cut during video round. It’s a rule from nationals.

No, we won’t specifically look at your classes. We don’t have time to do that much digging on you. Both gpas are considered but I don’t know of many people having an awesome unweighted and a bad weighted. Is either one a 3.5 or more?… you’ll be perfectly fine for those more academic houses.

Alpha Phi not so much…’hot’ & ‘partiers’ are much more important. Pi Phi cares a little more about GPA, but $ and Cali connections count more. Kappa isn’t in their league and alums help forward picks. GPA is more important because they get the ones who can’t get into the top houses, for bragging rights

thx this is actually helpful. for the sororities that do care abt grades will they only look at my unw gpa or also consider ap/honors courses and w gpa?
