unbiased real ranking for pnms (tiers)

There are 3 tiers. within those tiers people have personal preference of order but seriously it doesn't matter. this is who is in each tier (in no particular order)...

tops - pi phi, a phi, dg

mid - chi O, theta, kappa, axo

bottom - gphi, tri delt

honestly there's a chance gphi could move to mid tier this year. there's also a chance dg could move to mid tier in the next few years as their pc's seem to be getting a bit more weird every year and their true top girls will be graduating soon. I can't see how anyone could possibly argue with these tiers (only arguments I can see are that dg and gphi should be mid and honestly maybe they should be) unless they are trying to bring another sorority down to make themselves look better.
