Honest opinions

Does anyone have honest reviews/thoughts on theta? I have a friend in it (who you would think would be in a higher ranked house) who loves it but I’ve heard its kinda a lower ranked house…

if you care about rank you probably wouldn’t fit in.

Just find your people and forget about rank. The only people who care about rank are those not in Greek life and PNM’s.
Who cares if you are in a ‘top’ house if you don’t/can’t connect with its members, you may as well not be in a house at all.

Theta is fine. Not super social but I think they have good grades. Think outdoorsy non-stereotypical sorority girls.

theta girls are super nice and cute. there are a few weird ones, but a lot of the girls there are fun and pretty. they have good sisterhood and good grades, all the thetas i know like it. ranks dont matter so forget about that
