opinions on chi o

i was wondering what the overall rep of chi o at boulder was. i just committed and my mom was in chi o so id love to continue the legacy but i feel like every post has a different rep for them, or everyone always disagrees on their rank.

One of the top houses at cu. Puts an emphasis on grades but are also social so you have the option to have a good balance. House is pretty nd typically take nice pretty girls

i would agree with this but also i think they have the highest involvement too. like you have to be in clubs, more mandatory events, outside of the high gpa requirements

I know Chi O values a high GPA but I rushed in PC24 with a 4.0 unweighted GPA and got dropped after datebook 1, LOL.
So yes, Chi O values a high GPA but also looks at other factors too, so don't count yourself out of the running if you don't have a super high GPA. And also don't assume if you have a 4.0 that you are a shoe-in with Chi O!

Chi os are usually pretty nice and welcoming. They care a lot about grades and have some involvement requirements. Harder to get invite if u have a low gpa. They are pretty diverse and u don’t hear much about them which is not a bad thing.
