what are my chances of getting a top house?

i rly want pi phi, aphi, or chi o this upcoming year but i honestly don’t know if im even mid-tier material. im asian, from la, and maybe 7/10 lookswise. id consider my conversation speaking skills to be above average, the way i dress to be pretty good, and my extracurriculars resume to be rly solid (lots of leadership and voulenteer service). i dont know anyone currently who’s in a house at cu but it seems like a few girls from my hometown have an in with aphi. lmk what i should do to decrease my chances of getting dropped this fall.

Go into rush with an open mind or you might be very disappointed. nobody knows which houses you are actually going to like when you meet them just like nobody knows which houses will like you once they meet you.

Tbh, everyone wants a ‘top’ house and they are liars if they say otherwise. Just have an open mind, you might not like things about those houses when you actually go visit and speak to the actives. You will end up where you are meant to be. Good luck in the fall!

go into it with a better attitude! you will find your home no matter what, and not being in a top house isn't the end of the world. the "mid-tier" sororities are still wonderful girls, and don't sell yourself short!! if you go into rush thinking you're not good enough, people will pick up on it. confidence is the most attractive thing, good luck and GO GREEK!!
