How competitive is fall rush for incoming freshman?

Past fall was the biggest rush class for both fraternities and sororities. So pretty competitive

Depending on what house you want, yes. If you feel that AXO or DDD is the place for you then not competitive at all.

Not necessarily, tri delta only distributed 25 bids last fall since their EO is giving them support for being really selective now. Joining Phi Mu wont be competitive though, last year you basically just had to sign on the dotted line to join. From what I've heard they've had a lot of problems retaining members, but hey if you click there at least you know you can join them.
