why is tri delt so bad here

They arent selective enough during recuritment, they will take any sally jane that waks through the door and give her a bid. For a guys perspective, there arent a lot of hot girls in the house. Their retention is also really bad. They don't have a nice house and no one except acacia wants to mix with them. But they have a strong sisterhood, if they were more selective with who they let in and not totally invisible on the hill they would be ranked higher in coming years.

The tri delt chapter at Arizona is struggling pretty bad (way worse than here) and they let them cut girls this year and now the campus is buzzing that they got a good pc (even though its super small). They gave the chapter here permission to do so here as well so expect them to get a much better pc this year.

Their physical house is gorgeous lol and way bigger than a lot of other houses on campus
