Sorority: you wont get a bid

Fraternity: You'll do alright if you lie about you age and dont mind being hazed by kids older than you

With SigEp's Balanced man Program, can a member join as a junior or senior and still reach the Brother Mentor Challenge?

Yes. If a member is a junior or older, he can demonstrate which requirements he has met for the first three challenges. The timeframes for the challenges can be waived, and he can complete the remaining requirements in a shorter amount of time. However, he still needs a four-six week on boarding process to become acquainted with SigEp and the members of the chapter.
