It differs with each house. Smaller ones will be more affordable.

Yeah $800 to $1300 sounds about right. If the fraternity has a good treasurer, then they can finagle the bagel and get dues down a bit. We got our dues down from $1000 to $750. Pledging is also more expensive I'd say 20-30% more
