fraternity rankings 2017

Upper Top:
Kappa Sig - Well-established, stereotypical jocks, the castle is great along with a strong couple classes. Kicked off of IFC so it can't do mixers and other Greek events. Known for Beachapoolza

SIg Pi- huge house, intense fratty brotherhood on campus. Known for Wine Wednesday. Also not part of IFC.

Pi Kapp- well established, use to be undisputed top house but the loss of their house and rough looking sophomore and freshman classes is seeing a sharp decline. Known for Jersey Tuesday's.

Top:

SAE- the California fraternity, well-established with the top sororities, the rail yard has it good and bad times, terrible last few classes

Theta Xi- have the best annexes, "the outdoor frat", great couple classes. Known for Tropical Thursday's/Theta Zoo.

Middle:

Chi Psi- Dope house, has the Roxbury, brothers have a superiority complex despite their ranking.

Phi Psi- "Diet Sigma Pi", basement can get pretty lit, some weird brothers

Upper Bottom:

Sig Ep- Rumors about losing their house?, have the box office.

Sig nu- All they have going for them is the property and they can't even get that right

AEPi- "the Denver Frat"

Bottom:

Phi Tau- great house, not utilized well, weird brothers, terrible parties.

Alpha Sig- "the nice guys"

The rest don't matter enough to get a ranking
