It means that you can go through the pledge process really but unofficially. You won't be initiated on paper until the ban is over.

Dont really get all the Theta Xi hype. I think they just self-rank a lot, or maybe ive just met the wrong kids in this fraternity but to me they should be lower middle tier, above only sig ep. Chi psi and sig nu are very similar and both get a lot of hate on here but really arnt that bad, i'd put them upper middle tier. The top 4 is the top 4: pi kapp, sae, sig pi and kappa sig. Top house changes from year to year between those 4.

How can Pi kapp be top AND middle first of all? Second of all your clearly either in Sig Pi or Kappa Sig. Both are falling due to being off IFC. Yes it does matter.
