pi phi is ranked lower than they should be - they and dg are the two top houses (neither is above the other - they got the best rush numbers, they have the best looking girls and they are the house most girls want to be a part of). DG is more involved in school activities but has way more internal issues and Pi Phi is less involved but their members are much happier.
