Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.2 Hang out with rando freshman girls, but seem to be generally hated on this campus by everyone else. I also heard that their nationals voted to make every chapter dry starting in 2018, which I'm sure is going to hurt their recruitment going forward. Tough to convince a freshman to join if if the house will be dry.
