Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.7 The house is super nice and completely restored on the inside. The boys are some of the nicest guys but some are also stuck up and snobby. Some girls are sore because they weren’t let into the house, but all in all they’re a fun group of guys.
