Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.3 Middle tier right now id say. first year back with their house and still have a lot of room to grow. They still haven't developed a reputation as a specific type of fraternity yet either. Next year or 2 should make it more evident.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.5 They're still growing but they have a really good group of guys right now. Their house is gorgeous too. They just need a year or two.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.5 They keep getting better. Went with one of them on a party bus downtown for st. patty's day, soo much fun. The guys are awesome, they just don't have the numbers yet to compete with the top houses. Give them 1 or 2 more pledge classes.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.0 To the person below me, Im actually a friend of that girl who the bookcase fell on. It was knocked over by some drunk idiot. She simply had a knot on her head, she was fine, didn't even go to the hospital. She said she's never had anyone take better care of her and that the guys were extremely helpful and nice. I like there house, and the guys. I see big things coming for them

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.0 very nice house, and the fraternity has potential. but the house is cursed. no way in hell would i want to live in the house knowing gordie bailey died there. a bookshelf fell on a girl at their last registered party. nearly killed her as well.... creepy

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.5 By far the nicest guys on campus. Coming on strong for the first year back in the house. A lot of the girls are in love with this years pledge class. Will easily be top next year once those guys move in. They are more exclusive and don't simply hand out bids. only gave out 3 this spring, because of how strong the fall pledges retained.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.3 Chi Psi is doing excellent for refounding, they were top tier when they got kicked off and will be there again. Pledge class is amazing this year and definitely in the right direction. After fallout with Gordie, alumni are too involved (limiting partying, etc) to get the lodge back on top. Classy as hell and back on top in 4 years
