This Frat throws the craziest parties and has probably the hottest guys I have ever seen. 10/10 Probably the best in the country! Teddy the blonde boy I met is so fine and I would do anything for another night with him ;)

Pretty small and guys donât have a super âfratâ vibe to them, some are kinda weird but most are respectful. Been to a few parties for free alc and theyâre hit or miss but the music is always good. Overall not great but still better than acacia
