Pi Kapps are so fun and always have fun parties. Some are social while some are not so much. They need to work on some conversation skills, but once you get some alch in them, they are GREAT!

Visited several Fraternities on campus by far my favorite. Big enough to be top three but still has that true brotherhood feel of the smaller ones. Exclusivity makes for a truly good time at parties with no sketchy kids. House is very impressive and well maintained.

They have cute girls, just maybe not as many as chio or alpha phi. But they are super cool girls. I dont think they deserve the label 'bottom tier' because they are no where near as bad as AXO or tri delt. This house is definitely on the rise with their new exec board though
