They have cute girls, just maybe not as many as chio or alpha phi. But they are super cool girls. I dont think they deserve the label 'bottom tier' because they are no where near as bad as AXO or tri delt. This house is definitely on the rise with their new exec board though

Pi Kapps are so fun and always have fun parties. Some are social while some are not so much. They need to work on some conversation skills, but once you get some alch in them, they are GREAT!

these guys smoke like a chimney . nothing wrong with that but could step up their game with more blow. other than that a solid fraternity but needs to cause more mayhem to be a respectable group.
