I don't know many guys in this fraternity, so i hate to generalize. anyways, i've met a few older boys in this fraternity, nice guys but a lot of them are a little awkward to be honest.

Theta Xi sometimes gets labeled as bottom tier but they don't deserve to be grouped with the other lower tier houses! they actually have a good amount of good looking guys, who are really fun, chill and nice! they are NOT weirdos like the other bottom tiered houses. (on a side not they got a few really hot pledges). may not be as of a traditional frat scene as k sig, sae, sig pi etc., but id say they're somewhat comparable to sig nu.
