Moving up. Tied for 3rd after 3rd datebook, and I have only heard good things about gphi this year. Beautiful, smart, down to earth girls, who know how to have a good time while keeping it classy.

Honest rating here from a girls perspective, and yes, girls do come here. This rating comes from going to their parties and hanging out with a couple of the brothers who currently live in. They have a couple ridiculously hot guys and couple who are not good looking at all. Just like any other fraternity or party you go to. What I like most is how comfortable I can be when at their parties. Everybody I've met is a gentleman/sweetheart. Definitely NOT creepers which I tend to meet at other houses

Went to one of their parties randomly, and it was great! all the brothers were nice, but still really chill. Can't wait for their next party, and they're all so cute ;)

its quite obvious that the person below me is a Tri-Delt!! We are all getting really tired of your self ranking! Girls, you are the least liked house in Boulder. You have the least attractive girls. You do have a beautiful house and a pretty decent sisterhood, so for that I give you kudos! This is my true ranking.

Theta Xi sometimes gets labeled as bottom tier but they don't deserve to be grouped with the other lower tier houses! they actually have a good amount of good looking guys, who are really fun, chill and nice! they are NOT weirdos like the other bottom tiered houses. (on a side not they got a few really hot pledges). may not be as of a traditional frat scene as k sig, sae, sig pi etc., but id say they're somewhat comparable to sig nu.
