Common knowledge this is the best fraternity on campus with SAE and Pi Kapp following. Their house is a damn castle and their rush selection process is very selective unlike the other top houses who just give out bids. Hard to get into but definitely worth it.

Perhaps you are correct that the rankings on this site on not 100% accurate but still you are not the top house that you were years ago. Times are a changing and my ranking reflects just that.
