Average house (not a bad thing) that has great with involvement. They have a wide variety of girls, a lot of which look above average. They're most known for being nice and it fits them. They're sweet and down to earth, very intelligent, but not a top house. They're headed in the right direction, but maybe a bit more selection during rush. They have a cool philanthropy and are great friends to have. Middle tier definitely.

Totally a top tier house. The girls are gorgeous and social. They're very involved in Greek Life and the community. I know so many happy DGs. I haven't met as many DGs focused on academics as I would like, but I know they're in the house. The girls I talked to during Rush were great at keeping me interested and holding conversations. They definitely seem like one of the most positive houses. Smiles all around.

Top tier house. The sisters are some of the best I've ever seen. They're gorgeous and intelligent. I felt so welcomed at Chi O, and as someone who cares a lot about schoolwork, I was genuinely impressed by their smarts. Chi O has some amazing, well-rounded girls. One of my Rho Gammas was in Chi O and was the most helpful person during my rush process. I'm not sure about the drop rate, but I know every house has drama.

Easily a top tier house. When I rushed, this was the house everyone wanted to be in. The girls are gorgeous and some are rather intelligent, they can keep a very good conversation. I love the Red Dress Gala. Only problems are I've met some rude Alpha Phis and witnessed one cheat on her boyfriend. However, the rest of the house seemed absolutely fantastic. All around great chapter.

While I have never heard anything bad about this house, I've never really heard anything either. When I met the girls during rush, I found them to be kind of boring. They need a bit more personality and spark. Maybe new leadership would help with that. Definitely middle tier, but could easily go down if they don't gain personalities as a house. I've only met one Theta that I found intriguing as a person. Try to get back up.
