I'd say they are a middle tier. I've heard from several alpha phi's that they only take girls they think are really pretty which is so shallow. Weird mix of girls - some are really nice and others are really not.

Whoever thinks they bring in girls from headquarters or something is wrong. I heard a different house did that in the past, but if they bring in outside girls they have to have a way of differentiating them so the girls rushing can know if they're from a different house.

I find it interesting that they have to have headquarters recruit for them. Kinda sad that they wont get girls any other way.
