this house is coming up in the ranks. not only are they beautiful and fun, they are genuinely nice girls. they have the highest retention rate and everyone i know that joined theta loves it. most of the girls that joined theta prefed at some of the top sororities and chose theta over them.

DG rushes well, but when you get down to it, the girls are mean and fake. they may be pretty but they have so much drama and do not respect any other house. they think they are better than everyone else, and theyre not afraid to show it. They are just very stuck up and no one wants that... because of this, girls have heard of this reputation and did not pledge there. theyre going down hill.

The comment below me is obviously from another fraternity. I dont know too many of the Pi Kapps so I wouldnt have commented if it wasnt for the jealous comment below mine. Went to Buff Bowl the other day for the pledges and Pi Kapp easily had best looking guys. Pi Kapp must be doing something right for a change after messing up.
