LOVE. All the guys are ridiculously hot, gentlemen, and hilarious. Throw the best parties and never disappoint. Cool guys who do act like siblings. If you're a girl they'll treat you like a queen and if you're not a brother they'll still treat you like one.

This house is definitely on the rise. The girls are cute, and they seem pretty chill and fun. I would put them somewhere in the middle to upper middle tier
