When I went through rush Chi O was like the "golden house" because of how beautiful it is. I had a couple friends join and they said it's pretty cliquey and that they don't know many people in their pledge class and they aren't close. They do seem pretty involved around campus, and I haven't run into any that are "ratchet". They are way more hyped up than they actually are, but they're still a good house for sure. If put them on the same scale as kappa. They're nothing like alpha phi.
