Not in the middle tier because of their house and the fact that they've been at cu for decades. And unlike the rest of the top-tier they don't look like they were cut out of an Abercrombie and fitch catalogue! cargos shorts are also common. The new house and diversity of a real brotherhood makes these guys make them top tier and in many ways better than the other top houses in many ways.

My girls love Chi Psi, one of the top fraternities that always give us a good time and our respectful. Good looking group of guys, and a good selection process in pledges. Love my chi psis.
