rushing as a sophomore

Do fraternities here generally accept sophomores who rush in the fall? I would rush next semester but my grades won't even be good enough so I need next semester to bring them up

sophmores are fine with even top tier frats.

I know SAE and pike both have sophmores and above i recent pledge classes
