why such a late rush?

Does anyone else feel like the late rush is making rush way more clicky instead of having frats do it in a week process?

Frats don't do it in a week process. Unofficial rush has already started. They have parties now to get freshman to come out, have a good time and then consider them when real rush starts. Not sure if they can give out bids yet but they could even do that.
