people hate on them because they're "different." the girls are super chilled out and laid back instead of being all perky like thetas or kappas. but i know a few girls in theta phi and whenever i meet their sisters they're always really friendly and easygoing. AND they have a great sisterhood. put yourselves out there a little more, girls, and people will see how great you are.

Ok honest rating because they self rank and then people bash them for it so there's no good ratings here. This is a pretty good sorority, not top but maybe in the future. They're fun and pretty girls after all the makeup they apply, but a lot lack any common sense. Kinda your ditzy girl group

I know tons of girls in chi o who have great frienships and love their sisterhood. They're all very sweet girls and would go out of their way for you. Just need to be more social and get more involved.
