These guys kinda suck. It's obvious they're struggling to stay afloat and that house is rancid. They have been super desperate in recruitment but with little success.

Kappa Sig is on the rise. They're still pretty small and a LOT of work to do, but I think in a few years they'll be respectable. New house looks solid and they've worked hard to recruit quality guys every semester. Met some of their older members and they're extremely passionate about the future of the chapter. Gonna probably have to raise dues substantially and find ways to accelerate recruitment but it's not unrealistic.

Theta is pretty solid. Their grades are good and they're a good looking bunch. Not the most outgoing and some of them can be pretty rude for no reason. Lot of groupies as well. Wouldn't consider any theta girls gf material.

TPA is a very mixed bag. Most of the girls are extremely outgoing and talkative which is a stark contrast from most sororities. I wouldn't say it's a stretch to say they have a lot of pretty attractive girls as well. They have solid diversity and they love to have a good time. That being said, their grades are kinda eh and they're a bit too wild. Pretty dope house as well. They just need to stick to their niche recruiting and finding kinda weird girls that happen to be pretty hot.

While I did join another chapter, delt would be my second choice. They're pretty intense but it is a good group of guys. Could use more academics but other than that they do a lot of things well especially tailgates.

This place is hot ass. House is absolutely rancid and most of the guys are douchebags. They try way too hard to make themselves into something they're not. Most smaller fraternities are tight knit chill groups of guys who aren't pretentious. This one is not like those. They're desperate for recruitment but yet they're really rude to PNM's and act like they're good at literally anything. Weak academics, poor socials, and god-awful sports.

I have mixed feelings on Sig Chi. Dope new house, awesome socials, guys are pretty smart and pretty involved. That being said, they don't really like outsiders rushing and they are not diverse at all. Most of the guys from their recent pledge classes are super nerdy and weird. They are pretty unfriendly to guys not in Sig Chi and have large egos. They need more chads and more diversity.

Pike is pretty solid. Great grades, guys are super involved, athletic, and pretty good looking. That being said they don't really like outsiders rushing and tend to recruit super locally especially to St X and Moeller. Also not a very diverse group at all and they're pretty homogenous in terms of personality. Probably the most stereotypical frat besides SAE.

Kind of a bizarre looking house. Haven't heard about these guys or met a single one of their actives. Not sure how they managed to get chi o for homecoming last fall.
