Theta chi is not a fraternity worth mentioning when someone asks about Greek life here. Why do these guys even have pc’s seriously who wants to join them. When put between the choice of theta chi or phi delt I think we know who is getting picked. Weird looking group to all look like scarecrows that need a barber.

Very strange guys not sure why they picked a house away from any other Greek life house. They are super pick me guys that are just all around cringe. If your in phi delt it’s prob because you couldn’t get a bid from another frat. This is the biggest pick me group you’ll ever find.

Phi Delta Theta is the perfect balance of academic oriented, social, and charitable. The brothers are very friendly and welcoming, and their new house is beautiful.

Not sure why anyone would rush here, their alumni are ok which is why they have a ok house but it’s 4 rows back from main row. I think they have like 16-18 guys not sure why anyone would rush a frat that’ll die in a year or 2. Theses guys are super nerdy looking major lambda chi vibes. Just never met a cool dude from here and they constantly have weak pc’s.

Does anyone even bother talking to these girls. It feels like after they rush they have their brains uploaded to say the same chosen sentences they sound like robots. Don’t get me started on how chi o is PIKE’s fan club these girls would rather go to a like party then their parents birthdays. This is the last sorority I would recommend partnering w because you will do everything while you see them post on snap with pike’s.

These guys are thee biggest nerds on campus. Not sure why anyone would want to join these guys id put them and triangle neck and neck for nerdiest frat if you can even call either a frat. Weird house with weird dudes who have anime flags all over the place.

When a fraternity has to start rating them selves that’s when you know they’ve reached a new low. Other then that their pretty quiet I must say sig chi B team for basketball got smoked last week.

Call them what they are Greek rank warriors. Really pitiful frat only got 4 guys this spring and 2 of them look like a puddle of mud. Just be chill bro idk y this fart always gotta have a stick up the ass.

These chicks know how to party but they have strict rules and standards Fs with socials so other fraternities on campus don't try to have socials with them cus of it
