Frat Ranks Spring 2023

Top Tier (In Order): these are hands down the top three fraternities at the school -- they throw the best parties, have relationships with hottest girls, but each have a different vibe
- Fiji: most southern, "state-school" frat, big football pull. They're at the top of their game with consistently big PCs, solid parties, and great house.
- Iron Key: more boarding school, NYC/LA, and international scene. Come down a bit recently with being kicked out of DU. Have been a top house for the past 4+ years. Excited for darty season
- Psi: heavy international crowd. Historically were much stronger, but a few years of very small PCs have brought them down. Still relevant, throw good parties, and have great house

Second Tier (In Order): throw big (maybe bigger than 1st tier) parties, but definitely a step down in terms of quality of brothers and girls they bring around. These frats are without a doubt guys second and third choices when they are rushing, so can't put them in top tier regardless of how fun their parties are.
- AD: big come up recently. Parties are big, good time. Have a sick house, brotherhood clearly strong
- Sig Chi: have been on the decline for the past couple of years, but still some solid guys in the mix. Weird house/apartment set up is a big negative for them.

Third Tier+: remainder of the frats on campus fall in this bucket. Generally smaller brotherhoods, low turnout to parties. While they are all filled with good guys, not much of a campus presence.
