what really happened at phi delt

I loved hating on phi delt as much as the next person, but they apparently didn't beat up a pledge. After drinking games at their pinning night, one pledge started running around like a lunatic and slipped and fell face first on ice. He is now suing the frat, claiming they beat him up (presumably to get more money out of it). See the news article in the Maroon
